If you wish to terminate your Subscription (as described in Section 14.5.1 of the Terms of Use), you are entitled to a refund if you, as a consumer, have informed us of exercising your right of withdrawal as described in Section 14.4.1 of the Terms of Use within fourteen (14) days from the initial purchase of the Subscription. This applies to consumers from any allowed jurisdictions.
After this initial grace period of fourteen (14) days, a refund for the termination will not be provided for monthly subscriptions.
For second and all subsequent monthly purchases, a grace period of twenty-four (24) hours is provided for refund eligibility, after which no refunds can be issued.
2.1 First-time purchases of long-term subscriptions:
A 14-day grace period applies, during which you are eligible for a full refund if you decide to terminate the subscription.
This 14-day period commences from the date of the first purchase of the long-term subscription and is exclusively available for first-time buyers of such plans.
2.2 Termination after the 14-day grace period but within the first 180 days:
If you choose to terminate your long-term subscription after the initial 14-day grace period but within the first 180 days from the date of purchase, a partial refund will be issued for the remaining unused months.
The refund amount will be calculated based on the total subscription fee paid, minus the standard monthly plan subscription rate for each month used up to the date of your request.
For the purposes of this calculation, any month that has commenced will be considered a full month of usage.
2.3 Second and subsequent purchases of long-term subscriptions:
For any second and subsequent purchases of a long-term subscription, you are eligible for a full refund only within the first 24 hours following the purchase.
After this 24-hour window, a partial refund may still be available for up to 180 days from the purchase date, calculated based on the same methodology as outlined above.
No refunds will be issued after 180 days from the purchase date for these subsequent purchases.
If you wish to terminate your subscription to Marketplace Signals provided by the Signals Provider (as described in Section 15 of the Terms of Use) or the Apps Store subscription, and you are a consumer, the following refund policy applies:
3.1 Within the first fourteen (14) days of the purchase:
You may be eligible for a refund if you decide to terminate the subscription.
If the termination occurs within 24 hours of the initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
However, after 24 hours from the initial purchase, please note that the refund will be subject to the deduction of the cost corresponding to the days used.
3.2 After the grace period of fourteen (14) days:
A refund for the termination will not be provided for these specific subscriptions.
4.1 Payments via Paddle.com:
If payment(s) for the Subscription has been made via our merchant of record – Paddle.com (applicable if you made the payment(s) via a credit or debit card or PayPal) – then the refund will also be processed by Paddle. Your relationship with Paddle is governed by Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms and Conditions.
4.2 Payments via Apple AppStore or Google Play:
If payment(s) for the Subscription has been made via Apple AppStore or Google Play, then the refund will also be processed by Apple/Google.
Your relationship with Apple is governed by Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions; information on their refund policy is available via their respective links.
Your relationship with Google Play is governed by Google Play Terms of Service; information on their refund policy is available via their respective links.
4.3 Cryptocurrency Payments:
If payment(s) for the Subscription and/or the Marketplace Signals and/or Apps Store has been made in cryptocurrencies, then the refund will also be made using the same cryptocurrency method.
4.4 Referral Bonuses:
All the same refund rules apply to all subscriptions paid for with referral bonuses. In such cases, refunds are facilitated within the applicable grace period.
You may take advantage of a refund for each disputed payment only once. If a refund has already been processed, you shall have no right to further contest a refund request or dispute or transaction reversal with Robi Trader or any third-party payment service provider, bank, or financial institution.
Refunds will be issued in the currency of the original payment or its equivalent value at the market rate on the refund date.
With your consent, we reserve the right to offer alternative compensation, such as a discount on future services, extended subscription periods, or an upgraded subscription with enhanced benefits, in lieu of a monetary refund.
The processing time for refunds varies depending on the payment provider and method, as well as individual banking procedures. Please be aware that while we strive to expedite refunds promptly, the timeframe may differ. We advise consulting your payment provider or financial institution for specific details regarding refund processing times.
Robi Trader is not responsible for any fees that may be applied by your payment service provider when processing a refund.
